Dark-type Pokémon

Introduced in Johto alongside Steel. Dark Pokémon are immune to Psychic moves and strong against Ghost and Psychic. Their weaknesses are Fighting, Bug and, since Kalos, Fairy. In Japanese the type is called “Evil”.

Matchups

Dark-type moves are super effective against Ghost and Psychic. Dark Pokémon are weak to Fighting, Bug and Fairy, and take no damage at all from Psychic moves.

Legendary and Mythical
